1. Overview
This policy covers all payments on WED AI — Coin purchases, guest photo/video purchases (Snap Sell / Reel Sell), and WED AI hardware device orders.
2. Coins & Digital Purchases
Coins are prepaid virtual currency for premium AI features. Current plans (as configured in the Master Pricing Panel):

Once Coins are credited, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Guest photo/video purchases (Snap Sell / Reel Sell) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once the download link is issued — except for duplicate charges or technical failure.
3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If amount is debited but Coins are not credited, or a duplicate charge occurs, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
4. Hardware & Subscriptions
Hardware orders can be cancelled before dispatch for full refund. After dispatch, refunds only for defective devices reported within 48 hours. Studio subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — stops future billing but no refund for the current paid cycle.
5. Refund Request & Contact
To request a refund, contact us with your transaction ID and registered mobile number using the phone, email, or WhatsApp details in the footer below. Response within 2–3 business days.
