- Account Information: Name, email, phone number, business details (for studio partners).
- Photos/Videos: Event media uploaded for AI processing, album creation, and gallery access.
- Face Data: Used for the "Face Scan" feature — a guest whose photo was taken at an event can scan their face to find only their own photos. The event host/family gets full gallery access (view, select, download). Studio staff/photographers have access limited to their assigned role (RBAC).
- Payment Information: Processed via secure third-party payment gateways; card/bank details are not stored on our servers.
3. Usage & Sharing
Your information is used solely to provide AI services, process Coin/payment transactions, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell data — it is shared only with your studio partner, payment gateway providers, and essential AI service providers. Each studio's data remains isolated — no other studio can see it.
4. Security & Data Retention
Data is protected using role-based access control, secure login, and watermarking safeguards. Photos/data are retained as long as the account is active, or as required by law; data can be securely deleted upon request.
